Registration; Passwords and Security In order to use certain parts of the Site, we require that You register. Applicable Law/Jurisdiction.These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Israeli law, exclusive of its conflict of laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the municipal and district courts serving Tel Aviv district, Israel, for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site. Please note that your use of the Site may be subject to other local, national, and international laws.

General InformationIn addition to the Services and Software License Agreement applicable to Community Members, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and 4iD and govern your use of the Site, superceding any prior agreements between You and 4iD. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that are applicable to certain parts of the Site or to Software downloaded through the Site. If any of these Terms conflict with any term in such other agreements, then the term in the other agreement controls with respect to the applicable service, software or other Content to which the agreement pertains. Failure by 4iD to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it shall be modified to the extent needed to make it enforceable, if possible and if consistent with the intent of the parties, and in any event, all other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. You may not assign the Terms or any of your rights or obligations under the Terms without 4iD's express written consent. The Terms inure to the benefit of 4iD's successors, assigns and licensees. The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
